Craft4U Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Craft4U, hereinafter referred to as “Craft4U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, and any person who accesses craft4u.net or uses any services provided by Craft4U, hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”, or “your”.

By accessing craft4u.net, creating an account, or using any Craft4U services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Craft4U website or services.

These Terms apply together with the Craft4U Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of personal data.

Craft4U is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Minecraft. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and the associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

1. Definitions

“Website” means craft4u.net, its subdomains, control panels, APIs, and other websites or web resources operated by Craft4U.

“Services” means the services and infrastructure provided by Craft4U, including Minecraft server hosting, data storage, backups, control-panel functionality, and related services.

“Minecraft Server” means a server environment provided to a User for hosting Minecraft Java Edition, Minecraft Bedrock Edition, or compatible Minecraft server software.

“Account” means a User account created within the Craft4U systems.

“User Content” means worlds, maps, mods, plugins, datapacks, configurations, scripts, files, images, and other data created, uploaded, or stored by a User through the Services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

2.1. By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, the Craft4U Privacy Policy, applicable laws and regulations, and any third-party software licenses or terms applicable to software you choose to use.

2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services and your User Content is lawful.

2.3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Services.

3. Minecraft EULA and Other Minecraft Rules

3.1. By accepting these Terms and using any Craft4U Minecraft Server, you also agree to comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (“Minecraft EULA”), available at:

3.2. You acknowledge that the Minecraft EULA is a separate agreement between you and Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or the applicable Microsoft/Mojang entity. Craft4U is not a party to that agreement and does not accept the Minecraft EULA on your behalf.

3.3. You also agree to comply with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and other rules, policies, and requirements published by Mojang Studios or Microsoft that apply to your use of Minecraft.

3.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Minecraft Server and its use comply with the Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, and any other applicable Minecraft rules.

3.5. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Minecraft, its software, assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property belonging to Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

3.6. Where these Terms impose requirements that are stricter than those imposed by the Minecraft EULA, you must comply with both.

3.7. If the Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, or other mandatory Minecraft rules change, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services remains compliant.

4. Accounts

4.1. Certain Craft4U features may require you to create an Account.

4.2. You must provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your Account.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, authentication credentials, API keys, tokens, and other means of accessing your Account.

4.4. You are responsible for activities carried out through your Account, unless you can demonstrate that such activity resulted from unauthorized access that you could not reasonably have prevented and that you notified Craft4U promptly after becoming aware of it.

4.5. You must not intentionally transfer, sell, or otherwise provide your Account to another person without our permission.

4.6. You must notify Craft4U as soon as reasonably possible if you believe that your Account has been compromised.

5. Age Requirements

5.1. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use the Services independently.

5.2. If you are under the applicable legal age, you may use the Services only with the consent and involvement of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

6. Provision of Services

6.1. Craft4U provides Users with access to Minecraft Servers and related functionality made available through the Website.

6.2. Available functionality, technical limits, supported software, resource allocations, and other characteristics of the Services may change over time as the service develops.

6.3. Craft4U may modify its infrastructure, software, hardware, network architecture, storage systems, or server locations where reasonably necessary for the operation, security, maintenance, or development of the Services.

6.4. Craft4U may use third-party providers for data-center infrastructure, networking, storage, backups, authentication, monitoring, or other technical components necessary to provide the Services.

6.5. Craft4U does not guarantee that every Service or feature will always be available without interruption or error.

7. User Content

7.1. You retain your rights in your User Content, subject to any rights belonging to third parties and any rights arising from applicable software or content licenses.

7.2. In order to provide the Services, you grant Craft4U a limited, non-exclusive right to technically store, copy, transmit, and process your User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

operate your Minecraft Server;
transmit and synchronize data;
create and maintain backups;
provide technical support;
maintain the security and integrity of the Services;
detect and prevent abuse; and
comply with legal obligations.

7.3. Craft4U does not acquire ownership of your User Content merely because you store it on our infrastructure.

7.4. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload, store, and use the User Content that you provide through the Services.

7.5. You are responsible for all content made available through your Minecraft Server.

8. Backups

8.1. Craft4U may create backups of Minecraft Server data to support recovery from technical failures, data corruption, accidental loss, or other operational issues.

8.2. Backups may be retained for up to 90 days from the date they are created.

8.3. After the applicable retention period, backups may be automatically and permanently deleted without further notice.

8.4. When a Minecraft Server is deleted or the User's access to the Services is terminated, associated backups may also be deleted after the applicable retention period.

8.5. Backup functionality does not constitute an absolute guarantee that any particular file, world, or backup copy can always be restored.

8.6. You are responsible for maintaining additional copies of any data that you consider important or irreplaceable.

8.7. Craft4U is not responsible for the inability to restore data where such inability results from technical failure, corruption of a backup, User actions, third-party software, or circumstances beyond Craft4U's reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Service Availability

9.1. Craft4U aims to provide stable and reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9.2. Service interruptions may result from:

scheduled or emergency maintenance;
software or hardware updates;
hardware failure;
network failures;
outages or failures of third-party providers;
Minecraft-related issues;
mods, plugins, datapacks, or other third-party software;
User configuration or User actions;
cyberattacks;
exceptional or force majeure events.

9.3. Minecraft Server performance, including server TPS, latency, stability, and gameplay performance, may be affected by User-installed mods, plugins, datapacks, server configurations, world size, player activity, or other software and is not guaranteed by Craft4U.

9.4. Craft4U may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without advance notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, infrastructure, or Users.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Services or infrastructure provided by Craft4U to:

conduct or participate in DoS or DDoS attacks;
gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, accounts, or services;
scan or probe networks or systems without authorization;
distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or other malicious software;
conduct phishing or credential theft;
commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
send spam or other unauthorized bulk communications;
distribute content in violation of third-party intellectual property rights;
engage in unlawful activity;
intentionally overload, disrupt, or damage Craft4U infrastructure;
circumvent resource restrictions, rate limits, security measures, or abuse-prevention systems;
interfere with the operation of other Users' servers; or
otherwise use the Services in a manner that creates a material risk to Craft4U, its infrastructure, other Users, or third parties.

11. Minecraft Server Rules

11.1. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Minecraft Server.

11.2. You are responsible for managing and moderating your Minecraft Server and its community.

11.3. You must ensure that the operation of your Minecraft Server complies with the Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, and applicable law.

11.4. You are responsible for any mods, plugins, datapacks, server software, configuration files, scripts, or other third-party components that you install or enable.

11.5. Craft4U does not guarantee that any particular mod, plugin, modpack, server build, map, datapack, or Minecraft version will be compatible with the Services.

11.6. Craft4U may restrict or disable software or functionality that creates a significant risk to the security, stability, availability, or integrity of the Services.

12. Security

12.1. You are responsible for taking reasonable security measures to protect your Account and Minecraft Server.

12.2. You must not:

attempt to obtain unauthorized access to Craft4U systems;
bypass authentication mechanisms;
circumvent resource restrictions;
interfere with other Users' servers;
exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized access or harmful purposes; or
intentionally compromise the security of the Services.

12.3. If you discover a security vulnerability affecting Craft4U, you should notify us promptly and must not exploit the vulnerability to gain unauthorized access or cause harm.

13. Abuse and Complaints

13.1. Craft4U may investigate reasonably credible reports of abuse, unlawful activity, security incidents, attacks, malware, phishing, or violations of these Terms.

13.2. Where there is an immediate or substantial threat to the security, stability, or integrity of the Services, Craft4U may, without prior notice:

suspend a Minecraft Server;
restrict network access;
restrict specific functionality;
suspend or disable an Account; or
remove or disable access to malicious or unlawful content to the extent permitted by law.

13.3. Where the circumstances permit, Craft4U may first notify the User and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation.

13.4. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination of access to the Services.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1. Craft4U may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary due to:

a violation of these Terms;
unlawful activity;
a security threat;
an attack or attempted attack against Craft4U infrastructure;
significant abuse of system resources;
a request or legal requirement from a competent authority; or
the need to protect Craft4U, other Users, or third parties.

14.2. Where necessary to address a serious or immediate threat, Craft4U may suspend Services without prior notice.

14.3. If you believe your Service or Account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may contact Craft4U and request a review.

14.4. Following termination, Craft4U may permanently delete the associated server data after the applicable retention period.

14.5. Certain technical, security, legal, accounting, or abuse-related information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect Craft4U's legitimate interests.

15. Craft4U Intellectual Property

15.1. The Website, its design, software, source code, logos, text, graphical materials, interfaces, and other materials owned or lawfully used by Craft4U are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

15.2. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by Craft4U, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Craft4U-owned materials.

15.3. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and related trademarks are not owned by Craft4U.

16. Third-Party Services

16.1. The Services may depend on third-party infrastructure, software, networks, storage systems, authentication providers, or other external services.

16.2. Craft4U does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability or performance.

16.3. Use of third-party software may be subject to separate license agreements and terms imposed by the relevant rights holders.

17. Privacy

17.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Craft4U Privacy Policy.

17.2. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the rules applicable to the use of the Services.

17.3. You are responsible for any personal data of third parties that you collect, process, or make available through your Minecraft Server.

18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

18.1. Craft4U uses reasonable efforts to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

18.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craft4U is not responsible for losses, damage, or disruption caused by:

User actions or omissions;
incorrect server configuration;
mods, plugins, datapacks, or other third-party software;
Minecraft, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or other third-party services;
actions or omissions of other Users or third parties;
failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers;
cyberattacks or security incidents outside Craft4U's reasonable control;
force majeure events; or
unlawful or improper use of the Services.

18.3. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.

18.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Changes to the Services and These Terms

19.1. Craft4U may modify or discontinue individual features, technical characteristics, or components of the Services as the service evolves.

19.2. Craft4U may amend these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary due to changes in the Services, technology, applicable law, security requirements, or the operation of the service.

19.3. The updated version of these Terms will be published on craft4u.net and will become effective on the date stated in the updated version.

19.4. Where required by applicable law, Craft4U will provide additional notice of material changes.

19.5. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Ending Your Use of the Services

20.1. You may stop using Craft4U at any time.

20.2. Before stopping use of the Services, you are responsible for downloading or otherwise saving any data that you wish to retain.

20.3. After the applicable data-retention period has expired, server data and associated backups may be permanently deleted.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

21.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory provisions of another jurisdiction's law apply to a particular User or situation.

21.2. The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through communication with Craft4U before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

21.3. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.

22. Severability

22.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22.2. The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
